I recently had the pleasure of working with the owner of a local business. He was passionate and helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient and understanding, and he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the results. He was also very respectful of my time and budget. I could tell that he truly cared about providing a great experience for his customers. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality photo for graduation, passports photos or any other type of photo. The owner's passion and commitment to customer service is something that I will always remember. I hope he continues to treat people with kindness and respect, regardless of their financial status.

It was good experience. Quick service and shares soft copies too. Minimum 4 pictures for passport pics/PR application. If u want soft copy too they charge 28$ in total. Hope this helps!!

Went here to take passport photos. The process was speedy and staff were efficient. After I got my photos taken the staff asked me if I liked the photos, so that means if you are unsatisfied with how it looks they will be happy to retake the photo for you. The photos turned out good and were not rejected when I submitted my passport application, so the staff do ensure that the photos they take and print will suit the requirements of the passport application. I got 4 hard copies (I think 2 is the standard but the staff added in 2 bonus ones? I forget) and only paid $19 (taxes included), which is pretty good compared to other places that offer the same service!Heads up, there may be a line sometimes so the wait time will depend. There are only 2 people working so you might have to wait a while.

Has good customer service helped me connect my phone to the internet to help download my form …I guarantee you this man will get your work done in a matter of minutes so better come here for all your printouts trust me !!

The staff members here are amazing and helpful. They were able to edit and get the photos printed/framed in a timely manner. The staff are also friendly and understanding of any situations you may be going through.

5-star customer service!We were struggling to find a photo lab open after 5PM on a Sunday.The owner kept his store open 5 min after closing so that we could get our work done.Our 3 year old daughter was also with us and she was curious about all the things in the shop. He kindly offered to take her photo at no cost and even gave her a bottle of water (because we left ours in the car).Everything was very professionally done.
