Ethan and the Better Basement Solutions crew are outstanding! Ethan is a dedicated professional who leaves no detail unaddressed. He and his team came up with the perfect solution to our basement water issues. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, what should be done and other options to mitigate possible issues in the future. After the work was done, he was available to answer questions and remedy an issue with a frozen sump discharge hose.I would 100% recommend him and Better Basement Solutions. The confidence and piece of mind his team provided is nothing short of a blessing!

These guys did a great job on the basement egress window of our family cabin! They were punctual, professional and kept the work area neat and tidy. It was never hard to get in touch with the owner when I had a question, unlike some other outfits who seem to disappear for days or weeks at a time in the middle of a project. It was a pleasure doing business with Better Basement Solutions, and we'll definitely be calling them again for future work.

Below is my experience with the radon mitigation work done by Better Basement Solutions:-The owner and operator was knowledgeable.-He responded to my questions in a timely fashion.-He showed up when he said he would and finished the same day-Once the work was complete, there was an immediate andsignificant dip in the Radon level, from over 7 to less than 2.

Ethan did an outstanding job on our egress window installation. He was punctual from the first meeting to the final cleanup. Ethan also explained the options and the process well, and then professionally executed the plan.I don’t foresee needing another egress window, but if I do, it’ll be Ethan and Better Basement Solutions installing it.

Ethan and the crew did an excellent job installing an egress window and drain tile. My basement has been nice and dry since the job was completed. And the new egress window has been a nice addition to let in a bunch of light. Ethan and the crew show up when they say they are going too, which is hard to find these days! I’m very glad I went with Ethan and the crew and would gladly have them do more work for me in the future.
