Fraser Valley Hot Tubs

This is the WORST possible company if you would like to have a hot tub run! I have had two small minor issues go wrong over the 3 years of having this tub!Shawn Sean or whoever the owner is doesn’t answer calls! Voicemail is always full! 360 days a year he is out of country. Terrible service if you buy a hot tub from this guy or the company associated with him as there “repair man”Absolute joke of a business!

UPDATE: MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNERPosted November 12, 2020My apologies.   You are right.  We did not spend any money with your business, but we did try.  You were not asked to install the original cover lifter that came with the spa but you were asked to provide the price and availability of your suggested alternative Cover Valet Cover Caddy.  As you did not follow through, we ended up buying it online.  Owning and maintaining a hot tub is not cheap. Had you provided the cover lifter information or the chemicals for purchase as you promised, we would have continued to purchase all our chemicals and filters from you.  However, you did receive payment from Masterspas and acted as their agent in relation to the delivery of our tub.As for the level of service we expected, it was the Masterspas experience which the website states as having the best service

Guys are great, super helpful with delivering everything and explaining things. Even came back after the electrical and filling were done to add chemicals and do initial level balancing. Recommended me an electrician that was good, would recommend them to anyone.

They had what I wanted to get for my hot tub.

This is a great place to buy a hot tub. There great to deal with, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable , good price on every thing you would need. They also do installs and set ups as well as any repairs. Super place.

We bought our Master Spa Twilight hot tub from Shawn about two years ago and we couldn’t be happier. We did a lot of research before purchasing and there are some good hot tubs out there. Master Spa stood out from the rest and Shawn knows his stuff. The customer service is so good and every time I call or text Shaw he has the answer and is eager to help. Can’t recommend them enough.
