After using them for 5 years with very high prices, and trying to get out of the freaking contract so many times, was told by their customer representative to send an email (and she gave me the email address) and to send a notice for terminating the contract 3 months before the end of term, and I did exactly what she told me, and of course I never heard from them, I sent so many reminders and all I get is an email saying someone will get back to me shortly, after the 3 months had passed, I receive a call that my contract has been renewed automatically for another 5 years and that I can not get out of it and that I did not send them a registered letter by mail as it says in the fine fine print in the contract, they actually have trained their customer service people to mislead their customers and tell them to send an email instead of a letter. The worst company you can ever see. They will probably reply to this reply and tell me to send an email as usual

I ordered fencing from these guys and everything was fine for a couple of weeks, before I got a call from my customer screaming that their product had been left on site unprotected.Super Save removed my fence in error along with another customer's fence. Fair enough, mistakes happen. They were quick to bring it back when I called them.I am rating one star because the one simple request I had, that I be sent an email with an acknowledgment of what happened so I could show it to my enraged customer, was too much to ask. I was promised over the phone that I would get an email from Andrew" with their fencing department but Andrew never bothered. As things stand

I highly suggest reading some of these reviews prior to considering doing business with this company.No surprise of the poor review rating on this company. We've used them for 5 years now, and I struggle to find one aspect of their business that I can speak favourably about, other than the drivers of the trucks that we've had good experiences with. A list of issues;Missed dates to empty bins.All outside reps, MIA, won't return calls, texts or emails.After 5 years we moved our facility, on the phone a customer service manager agreed to reduce the relocating fees, in the end, we were invoiced the full amount.When we moved, they delivered the wrong bins, new bins were too small and came without locks and casters as we previously had at the old address.Missed invoices. Invoices sent to an unknown address, after 2 months we realized as such as the bins, once again not being emptied. They put our account on hold due to unpaid invoices that we never received, then charged us an admin resumption fee due to their incompetence.While our account was on hold, we were invoiced for the 2 missed months, we asked for make up maintenance in lieu, their response was negative.

Am not pleased with this company. One of their trucks damaged my driveway. After dealing with their claims department for 6 months, no action after 6 months. To be clear, I am not unhappy because they turned me down, it never got to that stage. I am unhappy because they never responded to me. Not even a formal apology from management/owners.

Been with this company for 4 years now. I don’t even know how they’re still in business.Service : often late on pick ups and misses pick up and still charges me for extra pick up for the one they missed.Tried to cancel my contract with them, took 3 months to reply my email. Left numerous voicemails never get return calls. When they finally reply to your email after 3 months and stated the contract is already automatically renewed.Never keep their promises to the price, now I’m trying to contact them again. Still haven’t get a single reply yet after 3 weeks!You can’t get a hold of them? Just stop the payment, the account receivable will contact you(that’s the only time that they will reply you)The consumers rights association should step into this.

Deceptive business practices. PLEASE avoid at all costs.We had a Supersave salesperson visit our facility and priced out waste collection services. They lied and made promises to secure the contract signing. Once Supersave dropped off their bins to our facility there were an additional $5000 of expenses over the subsequent months with our existing service provider and theirs while we were required to pay for multiple service providers they promised would be removed by them. The salesperson didn't respond to our emails or phonecalls for weeks. After finally having their services removed I am now told 12 months later that their service is going to arrive at our facility in line with the contract that was signed and we need to pay over $2500 to void the contract that we were deceived into signing. After our experience to date, fully explained to them, no empathy or understanding. We are disgusted.

Made the mistake of signing a contract in 2018 for a garbage bin. Was told by the sales representative their company would be responsible for canceling my current contract and absorb any fees incurred.Turned out it was not possible to cancel. 2023 rolls around and here comes super save sending me invoices for services that have not been preformed.Friday June 3rd 2023Someone comes to my parents house to delivery papers. Makes my elderly mother sign for the court docs after stating she has nothing to do with my company. Now my mother is traumatized by the event thinking she made a mistake by signing.Honestly I have never dealt with such a company. At this point they want me to pay in excess of $11000 dollars and have not preformed a service to this date. They have now harassed my elderly mother and my company. I believe they have taken this to far.Please do yourself a favour and do not ever sign a contract with this company. You will end up in court proceedings and lawyers as I have. Sadden that this is possible to happen to hard working people.

There is a reason they have 2.3 stars. As soon as you have a problem, don’t even try and get help. Its all, sorry this is the contract, well guess what, i read the contract NO ITS NOT! Im going to enjoy cancelling it! Thanks for NO HELP AT ALL! Buyers beware, price seems great till you have a problem!

I'm 44 yrs old, been in construction for 30+ years and these guys are hands down the worst company I've ever encountered in ANY industry!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS THEY WILL RUN CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT/CARD AS THEY SEE FIT... then give you the runaround when you try to dispute the charges and eventually get very short, condescending, extremely unprofessional just before they threaten you with collections and finally hang up on you.I've used them on only1 project and am currently going through the sequence I describe for a 2nd time. These guys must be making money through other avenues cause I can't imagine how any business with such poor quality of service can stay in business for a prolonged period. And it appears, from reading other comments, poor service seem to be a common theme over here.I have to agree with one of the other guys who left a comment. I think the admin staff are not relaying these concerns/problem/complaints on to any management staff cause everytime I request to speak with a senior manager they transfer the call to themselves or one of their friends. Frankly, it's a jungle in there so just do yourself a favour and stay away.IF THE REAL OWNER DOES READ THESE - YOU HAVE A HUGE EMPLOYEE PROBLEM JUST AS A FYIBEST OF LUCK
