If you were just in an accident and need a tow, this is the guy you want to call!!! I ended up in a ditch and didn't know who to call, but I was lucky enough to contact Nigel at Young Kings as my tow.Nigel got my truck out of the ditch carefully (no additional damage to my truck) and provided me with a ride home. On the way home, he helped me arrange a rental through my insurance company. He also described the process of towing, storage, repairs, and rental through an insurance claim.Nigel never pressured me; he shared his knowledge so I could make an informed decision that worked for me. He also kept me abreast of developments, like when an insurance appraiser visited his yard to inspect my vehicle.I hope to not need a tow any time soon, but if I do, I will surely call Young Kings first.

Nigel is fantastic! He is helpful, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. I couldn’t ask for a better person to be on scene during a four vehicle accident on the 401. He saved our day.

We got caught in an eight car accident on the 401 (everyone was okay), Nigel was our tow truck driver and he was immediately helping us with everything we needed. He towed us to the nearest on route and got us a rental vehicle within 15 minutes. He sent our truck to a shop and had it fixed properly and effectively. We really appreciate all of the help from Nigel and his team. Thank you guys for making such a frustrating experience a lot less stressful!

OPP called a wrecker for my AWD Nissan after getting rear ended on the 401. Nigel was extremely helpful and professional. He even arranged for a rental car (which I ended up keeping for 30 days) at 8pm on a cold Saturday night.

Went to pick up car, he was late l know it was a snow storm but if l could get there he should be there. He knew two days ahead that l would be coming. Lot was not plowed, car was covered in snow, l was standing outside freezing to death while he tried to make tracks with his truck to get the car out. So l wouldn't use this company but l am not sure he had a choice in this matter so l don't know. Maybe he is better at Towing. Let's hope.

My Daughter was involved in a collision & was transported to hospital by ambulance. While we worried about other issues, Young Kings provided contact information & towed the damaged vehicle away. The following day, Nigel was readily available, friendly, & knowledgeable.
