Needed some progressive glasses and the experience was sensational . Everything from selecting the frames to the precision of the making sure the fitting of the glasses was phenomenal. Then to make it even better the making sure of the eyes in the glasses everything was accurate and very professional. The glasses had to be custom made and they were received very quickly as for the prices nobody compares. A must go for your glasses

I have to tell you I was a bit hesitant to buy glasses at a kiosk in the mall. After speaking with some family members one of my brothers has bought multiple pairs at the Midtown mall location. I decided to give it a shot because honestly the prices are fantastic compared to the Optometrist's offices. Sandra has been fantastic every step of the way as well as all employees there. I have been struggling as these are my 1st pair of progressive glasses and Sandra has been more than patient to continue to help adjust my new glasses. They even changed one pair out at no cost which I was completely surprised over. Honestly I'm still struggling a little bit hoping my eyes catch up to my new glasses! I was just there again today and Sandra has told me again to keep coming back in and she will continue to adjust until I'm comfortable. I definitely recommend this business!

Best customer service with honest opinions! They made my shopping incredibly easy, ran my insurance direct to my plan and glasses were ready very quickly! Prices are very affordable. I’ll be sure to go back when the time comes for more/new glasses in my household.
