I certainly wasn't expecting Chinese food this stellar in Campbell River! All our dishes were fragrant, subtle, and impeccably plated. The flavors were so bold yet balanced. I loved it!

Vivian's Hotpot
Shared a single hot pot with my partner and the portions were almost enough for 2, but I think it's meant for individual portions. The food was amazing and the spicy broth super fragrant and unique, and veery spicy! Vivian was super sweet and very attentive, maybe somewhat too attentive at times but she just wants to make sure you're doing it right!Got the dumplings and those were the star of the show. Especially the dumpling sauce she mixes up right in front of you. A great dining experience would reccomend!

Vivian's Hotpot
I have been wanting to try vivians for a while and last week did so . It was my first time with hot pot and I was thrilled about the whole experience . The service was great as the waitress showed me hot to cook at my table in a most pleasant manor. The food was fresh and healthy , and the restaurant was very clean . It was fun way to enjoy food . I recommend Vivians to all .

Delicious food. Every dish is great - hot pot, dumplings, pork slices. The dumplings are my favorite.The staff is very friendly too :)

My first time here. Although I did not try the hot pot, the Chinese dumplings (Jiao zi) and fried pork slices were amazingly delicious, which were all homemade by the ladies, so much better and healthier than these from the market.

Went with my partner; We left hungry! One $30 hotpot is really only enough for 1 person. It should say this on the menu as we thought it would be enough food for how much it cost. The amount of meat they give you for that cost is also very ridiculous. However, the flavor was good and the experience was fun. The dumplings were excellent and you get lots! The waitress was quite funny and helpful, though her english was difficult to understand. We'll be back again if we hear the portions increase, especially on the proteins.

I recently visited Vivian's Hotpot that exceeded all of my expectations. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with modern decor and comfortable seating. The service was exceptional, with the staff being helpful and attentive, and always willing to offer suggestions on which ingredients to choose for my hotpot.The main attraction, the hotpot itself was delectable, with fresh vegetables and meats. The ingredients were of high quality and the flavors were perfectly balanced.The pricing is also very reasonable, considering the wide range of top quality ingredients and the fantastic service that the restaurant offers. I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience at Vivian hotpot and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable hotpot experience. Overall, it was definitely the highlight of my week and I look forward to coming back again soon!

We imagined a big double-sided pot for regular and spicy soup but instead the place uses this cute single person pot which is just the right size for an individual. The serving of meat, veggies, and sides is good but the soup can get salty once boiling for too long and lost volume. Will try again next time for the other soup flavors.

Vivian's Hotpot restaurant is welcoming and meticulouly designed from the moment you walk in. We ordered a hotpot and dumpling takeout and our meal was ready on time. Our hotpot was delicious and filled with many ingredients in a spicy, authentic broth. The dumplings were made by hand and full of flavour. If you are looking for a delicious and fresh hotpot experience then I highly recommend Vivian's Hotpot restaurant.
