Greenhawk Equestrian Sport - Vancouver

I was displeased with the customer service as it seemed that they wanted us out once they found out they didnt have what we we looking for disspite having been told that the item was there. We continued to look around with our kids who were excited to be a part of the Industry as they are taking lessons but the staff was just generally terrible with their attitude about us being there. Take you business elsewhere if you can.

Great selection of half chaps! Staff know there stuff. Highly recommend this place for all things horses and ponies!!! Have fun people!

First time customer and soon to be rider in training. Met Leigh who assisted me with all my many beginner questions and outfitted me perfectly. I Highly recommend Greenhawk & especially Leigh who is knowledgeable, patient, and awesome. She went above and beyond with referrals for riding stables and a wealth of information. I will be returning (no doubt many times in the future)

I went to pick up a friend there and ate some of his schnitzel.My friend said he received awesome service and the vendors gave him extra food because he said he was starving.I had schnitzel, gravy and potatoes. It was nice.My friend can put away a lot of food so if he's offering me food, it must have been a good sized portion to begin with.I enjoyed it. The schnitzer was pounded thin and fried. Potatoes and gravy were good.It's something I would have at my German friend's place. It's European style comfort food.It's not fancy, I think. My friend had scarfing a lot of it down before I got there.My friend really likes it there so I thought I would give it a shout out. It's a small place in a hidden industrial area.

Went into this store to get dome horse clothes and other items for my daughters. The sales person who helped me was very helpful and took lots of time to educate me and help select some things. Great selection and service.

Bought a helmet online from them, turns out it is not adjustable. Doesn’t fit and their return policy states no returns or exchanges on helmets. Even offered to bring it in so they can confirm it’s unused. But Nancy claims that they don’t trust me, there might have been an impact that only damaged the inside of the helmet which would be undetectable. This policy should be on the product page, especially for a non-adjustable helmet. EDIT - after further inspection we noticed the image on their website isn't even the helmet we got. On top of that, the helmet we got is missing strap embroidery on the sides and chin. What a joke, how can you run an online store like this?!

The lady who helped us was awesome. It was a really good experience. She was very helpful and directed us to the right items, not necessarily the most expensive ones.

Nice assortment, lots of different stuff for your horse or yourself to choose from.Very accommodating and helpful employees.
