North Country Design

I hired North Country Design to build my website and create Internet ads. It takes weeks for Shawn Tooley, the owner, to return phone calls. One day, he told me that he had other clients who were a higher priority. I won't ever forget that comment. Shawn also promised to update Internet ads, since I had changed my prices. He failed to follow through with his promise and did not produce the updated ads.

I have been working with Shawn for a little over 9 months now. I originally contacted him to have him make ads for Facebook and Craigslist. I’ve been pleased with his communication and workmanship. We’ve worked together on many different projects from emails, backdrops, post cards, tote bags, helped design the both for my trade show, flyers and to many others to list. I recommend him for any of your company needs.

Excellent web design service. The company I work for hired Shawn to redesign our site and I worked with him as our company's consultant. He made everything simple and we have seen a dramatic increase in not only visits to our site but in direct calls to our company as a result of showing up in Google ranks. North Country Design is great, they did my craigslist flyer for my detailing company, it is a great ad. Shawn was punctual and my ad had great verbiage and photos. I hired North Country Design to do my website, after speaking with Shawn and getting the proposal and reviewing some of his work I knew that he could build it exactly the way I wanted it. My experience with Shawn and North Country Design has been excellent. The dedication and expertise Shawn puts in his work is second to none. The work Shawn has done for us on our Craigslist advertising was amazing. He designed a new tool that paid for itself in one day. Earlier this year we needed to move our company's website to a new server/hosting location. On the Friday of a holiday weekend I asked Shawn if he could do the move. He worked that weekend to ensure our company's website was up and running by Monday morning. Where can you find that kind of customer service these days?? Right here. My recommendations are two thumbs up! Keep up the good work Shawn!

I'm astonished at the negative critique because my experience was much different. Although the designs I wanted took a little more time than expected, it was well worth the wait. Shawn was in contact with me via Skype and through email throughout the experience. AND because it took a little longer than expected he threw in an ad for free. To tell you the truth, I would have paid for it anyway because the quality of work was so good and the cost was unbeatable. I work with designers, artists and other creatives on a daily basis and I've got to say Shawn did not disappoint.

My company has been using Shawn at North County Design since we opened our doors in January 2011. Anything we ask him to change or fix on our website is done within 24 hours. He's always there to give suggestions on how to make our site better. He's extremely friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.
