Waited over a month for my appointment only to be refused service because I can't wear a mask. As a customer I felt not only disrespected but unappreciated. I will never be back! Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Dr. Kim is extremely kind and that alone is almost worth the wait, but if you have an emergency the soonest appointment available was a 2 week wait. Called Sackville Smiles, she actually listened to the amount of pain I was in, and I got an appointment in 2 days.

If I could give no stars i would. They did half of a root canal The first week of December and then told me that a Truro Dentist would call me and have to finish it. Truro never called. I ended up with two absesses and had to go to the hospital. I left a message last week with Smile and they never called me back. I would not recommend. No customer service and no follow up.

This dentistry clinic is extremely clean and bright. The staff is very professional and kind.They treat you like one of the gang whole you are there.I have a fear of dentists and the care that is taken to make sure I am settled throughout my appointment is very appreciated.The work that is done is great - and care is taken to ensure you know of any little change from visit to visit and any preventative care you should do.Top notch care!!!Thank you to Kim (dentist), Kim and Jessica (his team) for taking such good care!!!
