Vermilion Vape Shop

I went in yesterday and was looking for a new mod. The owner was there and recommended a couple and as I was about to choose one ( and after I said I’m not a local shopper ) he made me an offer for both. A part of the offer was if I don’t like one I could return one ( I’m sure me being an out of town shopper helped him make that an option since the chances of me coming back were bleak ).As it happens I’m back in town and just went in to the shop and wanted to return one of the two vapes he sold me. I thanked him for the opportunity of trying this unit but it was too heavy for a comfortable daily mod, and I wanted to return it.He looked dumbfounded and I could just hear the cogs turning in his head. He looked at me, put the receipt back in the box, closed the box and slid it over to my side of the counter - all this without even breaking eye contact with me. He said “what do you want me to do about it?” I replied with I’d like to return it as per our agreement the day prior. Cogs started turning again. He said only if it’s a warranty issue. I reminded him of the agreement. He denied, denied, denied.So her I am now, parked outside of this awful shop writing ( and most likely wasting my time caring any further ) this honest and in depth review.I very rarely take any time to give reviews. But if this helps anyone - even only one person - I’ve down my part.

I went here for the first time. Owner Michelle was terrific, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be my regular place to shop. Offered to order in flavour I was looking for.

I brought my broken vape in here one day thin king I would have to pay a ton of money for a new one. The owner was there, and after a short time, he fixed me up and all I need was a new tank. $40 and I was out the door!Highly recommend this place!

The shop owners are very nice people who always do their best to accommodate the customer. I always feel incredibly welcome in the shop and look forward to seeing them!

Great place to get your vape, Juice, coils ect.The owner and staff were super awesome, friendly and very informative. Didn't feel pressured or rushed to buy and I love looking at new stuff so the experience was very enjoyable. Top Vape Shop for sure.Bonus they sell Aroma Therepy Diffusers, Skateboards, Pipes, Bowls, Bongs, Screens, Stickers ect (=Will definitely be using this place to stock up from now on!

Says they are open at 10 am but doors locked and no answer on phone. Update your hours like jeeze.

This shop is a great addition to Vermilion. As someone who has turned to vaping over tabacco smoking, it is great to be able to buy vaping products locally. The owners are super helpful, and will order products in at request if they can. Pricing may be slightly higher than bigger centres but I think considering a drive to another centre costs money on fuel, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend checking them out.
