I requested information online and was contacted and booked an appointment for a vehicle that was indicated as available online on their website as well Dodge website. Drove an hour in traffic to get there. Arrived and was told that they had no Durango's in stock. I was livide. Said that the appointment was booked and confirmed that the Durango was available and arriving here and no Durango's are available. There is definitely a disconnect somewhere in their system.
