I recieved 5 lb box of Ma Poule spray millet for my parrots and over half it was TOTALLY unusable. The sprays were very small and my parrots wouldn't eat it. I called the head office and they said they couldn't do anything about it. This was the quality I recieved, disgusting

J'ai retourné à Ma Poule Express l'incubateur que j'ai acheté car il était défectueux, et depuis 3 mois, j'essaie d'avoir mon remboursement, en vain. Courriels non répondus, messages vocaux non répondus... On dirait qu'il n'y a personne dans le service après vente dans cette entreprise.

I bought a chicken coop and after only 1 week of use it was falling apart. I contacted the company and they said they only do a 30 warranty and this has already past (I had assembled my coop before I actually had my chickens). I have now had the coop for a month and many pieces have fallen off and the wood is splitting in many places, the roof included and will have to be replaced before the winter or my chickens will freeze. The company is now just ignoring my emails asking for a refund. Horrible product and just as bad customer service. Don’t buy from this company!!
