Lan is amazing. I had a great conversation with her during my visit. When I came in with photos for reference, she consulted me on what it was reasonably going to turn out looking with my hair type (wavy). In fact, she advised me to get some alterations to the cut as curly hair doesn’t look as well with the layering in my reference photo. She also gave me helpful tips during the process and patiently answered any questions I had. Ultimately, I’m very content with the cut I received. It looked slightly different from what I initially wanted but was more flattering for my hair type.I trust her and will definitely return to have a cut with Lan again.

It’s a great experience with Lam! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lam who exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and skill. Lam took the time to listen attentively to my desired haircut and offered valuable suggestions based on her professional knowledge. She helped me design a great haircut that I haven’t tried before. I then posted my selfie with that haircut on ins and all my friends said it fit me the best. I felt so great and energetic. She is also friendly and makes me feel very comfortable.

I went for a haircut and balayage service after reading the reviews. The hairs did not come out as I expected /explained. The worst part is Lan did not offer to fix it even after I wasnt happy with my hairs. Now, I will need to spend more to fix it. I also asked to cover grey hair same as base colour which is black. They look red and some of them are still grey.Although, staff is pleasant, great environment . And Lan did a decent job with hair cut. I wish could say same about colour.

I have always wanted yet feared to have wispy bangs, but Lan did a superb job with my hair and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Besides the new hairstyle, I am really happy to finally find a hairstylist who doesn’t just have the skills and the experience, but has my best interest at heart.Plus points were the 2000s boyband songs playing in the background while I was having my haircut, boy, I could swear my millennial heart was jumping with joy.

The barbers are all very nice and listen to your request. They have excellent technique and complete their task silkily and delicately. I can tell that they are passionate about what they do. Thank you so much City Style!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done at City Style! If you are interested in balayage or ombre, Lan is your girl! Lan is super friendly and an incredibly talented stylist. My hair not only looks amazing but feels very healthy too! I will definitely be returning!
