Chris built me a custom house in 2011 and he was great. He used all quality products and finished the house on time. Any issues that arose with subs was dealt with quickly and he always stood behind me. It went so well that we had him build a house for my parents a couple years later. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chris again if having someone build me another home.

We hired Chris and his team to build a 4 season home in NB in January 2020. He provides all design, project management and building services top to bottom. As we lived out of province there was already some complexity to the project but the fact that it began in the middle of the pandemic in June 2020 made the project more of a challenge as we were restricted from being in NB off and on. Despite this Chris and his team made sure we were well informed, on track and when we were able to be in NB we had a very efficient process for us to make decisions and move the project forward. They were professional, organized and calm even when things were uncertain. We really appreciated Chantal who works alongside Chris and kept the design decisions on track. We moved in October 2020 and have been so happy with our home. We cannot recommend Chris and his team enough.

We chose Chris Franklin Signature Homes when we decided to build in 2019 and have absolutely no regrets. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He gave honest opinions when we sought advice on some decisions and made sure any recommendations he made were within our budget. Having the option to work with his interior designer as part of the process was a huge bonus. She guided us through each step of the selection process, which made it all a lot less overwhelming. As first time homebuilders, we had a lot questions throughout the process, and Chris was very responsive and offered very clear explanations. He takes a lot of pride in the homes he builds, which means you're going to get a beautiful, quality home.

Chris and his team have done an amazing job building our new 2022 custom home. Every body was telling us that building a house is a very stressful project, but Chris, Chantal and there team made the whole thing easy and exciting. There weekly updates help us stay informed and they where alway open and quick to reply to our concerns and questions.I would strongly recommend there services!

Chris Franklin Signature Homes did an amazing job designing and building our custom home. We had never built a house before and we’re unsure of where to start. We had an idea of the layout we wanted but that was it. We called Chris and he was able to meet with us within a couple of days. Chris designed a custom floor plan right in front of us which was amazing to watch. Chris and Chantal’s experience become very apparent as the building process evolved. Chris even helped us navigate some of the banking and legal processes which, when you don’t know what steps to take next, came in really handy. Throughout the weeks the house was being built, different contractors were on site as you would expect but what I couldn’t get over was how organized everything was. There were very few delays between the different trades showing up and things progressed very quickly. You could tell the contractors and Chris work together frequently and that there is a high level of respect between them. Chris also goes beyond standard building code in many areas to make sure that the homes he puts his sign in front of are built right and will stand the test of time. In the end, we are extremely happy with our new home. The attention to detail, workmanship, and overall quality of our new home is second to none. There are other nice looking houses in our neighborhood but because of the products and methods used to build our home, we can be sure that our basement will never leak, our shingles will never blow off, and when the wind blows really hard at night, you can’t even hear it.

We had our Chris Franklin Signature built in Lower Coverdale. Chris and his team are amazing to deal with. I thought this would be a stressful process but I was wrong. Attention to detail and quality is second to none. Chris kept us updated throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. It was a wonderful experience and the finished product is beautiful. If ever we build another home there’s no question who our builder will be. Thanks Chris, Chantal and the rest of the team.
