Today, I went to book an appointment for my COVID Vaccine because My age group came up. I tried to book 3 times and each time it told me that I had the appointment and each time they cancelled my appointment. I did not cancel it. I would appreciate a call. I sent an email and I left a message.. I understand that you are busy and probably overwhelmed but this can be frustrating for someone in their 70s.I hope to get some kind of reply. Thank you.

I'm still waiting (day 11) to hear from the health unit about my daughter and I being a close contact to a person that has covid. I'm glad some people out there are honest and the person contacted me themselves. I have isolated my daughter and myself since last week and we are going for a covid test today to make sure they are negative and she can return to school. Good thing the health unit is on top of things! At the pace they are moving everyone will have it soon!

I called to find out where in Brantford or surroundings, can I get the Janssen vaccine. The lady who answered had no idea, transfered me to a voice mail and I left a voice mail o week ago. To date no call back. I called again today and again I left a voice mail. Is this for real?I guess this just another untouchable organization with no accountability, hiding behind classic excuses supported by politicians.

Tried all weekend to book....first 68+ and then 65+. Came up April 08 but would not allow to book time for first visit. Allowed to fill in second visit options. Very frustrating especially when today the site displays fully booked and no openings. Not taking this seriously when closed on a holiday weekend and only two mass vaccination locations available.

Would just like to thank the Brant health unit for wasting my time. Showed up to receive my 3rd vaccination or as they call it booster shot to learn that I can not receive the Pfizer vaccine because I am over 30. My first and second where Pfizer vaccines and I believe mixing is dangerous to my health and safety.Thank you Brant health unit for putting my a risk and endangering my life.There should be notices of this issue advertised and reported but there is not.Shame.

I just received my 2nd Pfizer vaccine today at the Paris Fairgrounds. I would like to say that the BCHU has done an amazing job in coordinating the vaccination efforts. My sincere gratitude and appreciation to all the staff involved in this operation.

Don't waste your time trying to get vaccinated or a booster at the clinic on Henry & Wayne Gretsky. They give you a time and then don't respect it. I booked an appointment on-line and when I got there I was expected to stand outside in a snow storm on January 17th with between 15 to 20 people in a line up outside! Why bother giving me an allotted time?
