Dispatcher was rude on the phone. When I asked him to get the driver to give me a call when he arrived he refused and hungup the phone. I let the dispatcher know that we needed a semi truck jump started and the driver showed up with jumper cables that were way too small and had no chance of boosting a semi.

Called for a battery boost, was greeted by someone who sounded like they had either been drinking all night or hit by a car.After some intellectual exchange about the details of my vehicle and my need for a quick jump to get me on my way I was immediately up sold and informed I actually required was 2 new batteries and not just a boost.Thanks for the help

If I could give less than a one star rating I would. It was the owner that I spoke with on dispatch. I was treated like it was an inconvenience to him that I was calling to give him business. No understanding AT ALL of courtesy or customer service. You would think he would grasp this if he took a minute to read his reviews or clue in when a customer says,”you know what..don’t bother”..and hangs up on him.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.What an absolute rude, unprofessional business.Don’t call these people. Absolutely no courtesy or tact (or common sense). I felt like it was a hassle to give them my business. I had my wife and child with me and the guy acted surprised we weren’t all sitting outside with the vehicle after it broke down in -20 degree weather. It was apparently a huge inconvenience for them to call us and ask the address to bring the vehicle to, even though we told him on our original phone call. His wife and him were watching a movie and we were ignorant enough to interrupt. My apologies, will call elsewhere next time.

Stuck in deep snow out by the airport and called for help around 11:30 pm…guy on the phone was incredibly rude and kept complaining that we had got him out bed. Then when we tried to explain the VERY SIMPLE directions to where we were, he just kept saying “WHERE ARE YOU?” over and over. Completely made an already stressful situation so much worse. We hung up and went with Ron’s Towing…polite, friendly, understanding and spot on with the arrival time estimate. Hey 5 Star, if you don’t want to get late night calls, turn off your phone or get out of the business, but don’t complain to your customers about how inconvenient their needs are.

I would definitely say, don’t go to this place. One of the worst experience i ever had in my life in canada is going to 5 star towing. Firstly, they don’t talk properly on phone. They say this is not a office, i am on road I can’t answer your question. They only answer properly when they have to take money from us or else they only talk everything in the air. Whoever picks the call, always talk rudely. There are many other better towing services in town, you should go for that

After my car completely locked up in Hixon I called 5 star towing. They were extremely helpful by offering me several ideas to try to get it working before I had to get a tow to Prince George. Unfortunately none of them worked and when I called back they sent a truck right away. Very friendly driver tried a few more things but alas I needed a tow. Great service.

First of all, all these people complaining with 1 star reviews don't appreciate when someone goes out of their way to assist you when you are in immediate need of help. $191 is not expensive especially out in B.C. Mike answered my call and came to help right away. He charged less than I expected, and I tipped him. I was happy to have someone answer the phone and be available to help. He even made sure to donate my emergency sleeping bag to those in need. I lost my car, my work boots, socket set, spare tire, brand new tires, tool box, new coolant jugs, and other things since I have no where to put them here now. Flying back home now. Hopefully Mike can sell them or find someone who can use them . Don't want to see this all just go to a landfill. 5 star review for sure.

This was man was extremely rude. He wouldn't accept my husband's work as a location to pick up the car because I didn't have the address. I tried to look up the address and he said he didn't want it. Then I called to ask how long it would be and he wouldn't tell me and hung up on me. Called back and he answered, Now I don't care Seymore!""
