Excellent service and extremely responsive, starting from the initial phone call and throughout the entire process. Everything was like clockwork. Skrt plumbing answered the phone, took notes, scheduled a plumber (Jacob), sent a follow up email and text, and had me send pictures of the problem. The next day I received a text confirmation. He was knowledgeable, friendly, had the right replacement cartridge for my broken shower valve, and took his shoes off at the door. The problem was fixed in 30 minutes without having to open the shower wall and replace the entire valve. Very happy with the results.

Shawn and Jacob provided excellent service in the installation of our new tankless hot water heater. Jacob connected the water drain pipes just as i had suggested. Shawn responded quickly to my calls and text messages following the install.I am happy to recommend this company for any plumbing work that a homeowner might have.

I found Skrt through Google search and was very happy with our services. From the initial phone call, they were very friendly and informative. We were in a situation where our hot water tank under warranty needed to be replaced and Skrt and myself had to deal with both the manufacture and supplier. Due to this, the process was more complicated but Skrt was helpful the entire time. They picked up and installed our new tank for us and returned the old tank as well to complete our warranty requirements. Thanks very much to the team at Skrt.

I contacted Sean after our water heater malfunctioned. He replied promptly and was able to make a same-day appointment for us. He was punctual and very professional and arranged to bring some parts after diagnosing what the issue might be. Sean provides great customer service and we finally decided to get a new water heater which he installed without any issues. I would happily hire Skrt Plumbing and Heating again.

Great expereince using these guys.Skrt asked to show up ahead of schedule which worked out for me. Jacob was able to diagnose the leak on our Navien unit, showed me how to do the yearly maintenance. Cleaned up the unit after he was done, leaving it cleaner than it was.Super happy to have hot water again. Would definetly call them again.

We requested a quote from Skrt Plumbing for the installation of a Navien Combi-boiler tankless water heater and hydronic floor heating system and their fees and pricing were very competitive. We proceeded with the purchase and they did an excellent job installing the new system, cleaned up the entire work area including hauling away the old water heater and parts away, they completed all necessary follow up adjustments and then ensured we were 100% satisfied with the new system and their services. We are extremely pleased with Skrt Plumbing and Heatings personable service and we highly recommend them to our friends and family.
