I’ve mostly dealt with Fernando and he’s always been great. Very respectful as well which isn’t always the case with other high end retailers. Always willing to talk watches and let me try some on.I’ve had my Tudor refinished through here and the process was very straightforward. I know my next new watch will be from here. When I walked into Lugaro in 2019 I was immediately greeted with warmth and courtesy. Since then the staff have taken time to get to know me and understand my tastes and preferences in various products. I tend to flock towards their wide selection of watches, and it has been appreciated that they've kept my interests and preferences in mind and reached out when particular pieces have become available. This level of genuine courtesy and service is what keeps me going back, and that's why I recommend Lugaro for all your jewelry needs.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here which I LOVE and he had a great experience (which is why I am giving the extra star). I am choosing to have a custom wedding band made and brought it in here for designs to be made using diamonds of a family ring. It was sent to the Vancouver store. Unfortunately, after 3.5 months of waiting (after I was told it would be a maximum of 2 given I had given the ring in November and it was the holiday season), I still had not one design sent to me by march. I felt as though I had to constantly call and ask what was going on and getting very vague response. I am disappointed and it was not the service I was expecting from what is supposed to be a high end jeweler. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the best jewelry store in Victoria. It offers a great selection for any budget. The quality and designs are excellent. I get many compliments. The service is exceptional; the owners and staff know their gems and watches and are always ready to help. A true gem in Victoria downtown.

Great experience at the store. We went to see what kind of watches my fiancé likes that I could make a surprise for him one day so we didn’t Olán on buying at that day but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend shopping there.
