Got my sax here after finding out the one I had currently was too broken to warrant a fix. Very lovely staff, and accompanying business to match. Would highly recommend, they seem to know their stuff!

Fantastic store and great service!! Bought a trumpet for a great price and was well informed from the phone call right through to the visit and the sale. I even had a small issue with the product and it was taken care of immediately with a replacement. I would highly recommend Music Aid!

Took in an old, really beatup brass instrument. Valves stuck, tubes dented and bent, solder joins broken. In 3 or 4 days, it came back straight, with no dents, no broken solder joints, valves working, and it sounds good. Wow, great work. Actually amazed at the workmanship.

As a music major, this place is my go-to for my French horn repairs and yearly maintenance! The staff here are super knowledgeable with every wind instrument (my music friends can vouch)! A while back I went in to do an ultrasonic cleaning and they went above and beyond with greasing my slides and rotors, mouthpieces, and even restrung my valves to name a few.I also found it really cool that whenever I went with friends, they were always able to identify the brand and sometimes model just from looking at it. Always a pleasure to share their care for instruments to everyone.

We bought our daughters clarinet there a few year ago. Last night there was a problem the night before a performance at UWO. My wife and daughter went in. The kindness they were shown was unbelievable. All respect to you Sir!

I brought in my 1973 Connstelation trumpet and Conn Director student trumpet that had sat in their cases for 40+ years with stuck tuning slides and a sticky 3rd valve on the Connstelation. Two hours later, they were both working like new. Great service. Thank you.

Was new to the London area and in search of a local repair tech. Found this shop online after a quick Google search, and so glad I did!I prefer to get to know my techs before handing my horn over; Rob is exceptionally friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. I was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude the minute I first stepped through the door. Rob took the time to explain the repair process and what is/is not worth sinking money into.I love how this shop specializes in woodwind and brass instruments, and that Rob play tests the instruments after the work is done. An impressive collection of horns and parts here too. I had Rob attach a matching counterweight to my vintage trombone; looks like it was always there! Clean & precise work, excellent customer service, fair prices. Highly recommend.

When my son was 2 - 14 years ago! - he got ahold of my flute, and decided the pieces were better used as drumsticks. It has sat for that long dented and unplayable, as the pieces no longer fit together. I decided a couple of weeks ago, for various reasons, it was time to see if it could be repaired. I fully expected the answer to be no, or that it would be so expensive that I should just look at getting a new one. Much to my surprise, he took one look at it, said 'no problem' and quoted me a price range for the repair and an overhaul that was far, FAR less than I anticipated. He gave me a time to expect completion. It was done on time, came in at the lower end of the estimate, and looks and sounds like new. I'm not surprised - Music Aid has a long and distinguished history in London - but good service should always be recognised. I'm so grateful to have my flute back. Thank you!

Rob and his team have never let me down. They always fix issues quickly and reasonably. They will are very accommodating with emergency repairs. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to go to pickup an affordable, quality instrument! I’ve been trying to get a saxophone for years and was finally able to scrounge up the money!
