Poor customer service,Carwash didn't work and the employee thought i was lying and i told him to come check it, he said he can't leave the store. So inconvenient to come here.

I don’t even want to give this Tim hortans one star! I ordered two coffees and Gurleen who prepared did not add sugar. When my husband requested she said that she added despite us telling her that it had no sugar. Again I went and requested her to give us fresh coffees and she denied and started arguing . After all the rant , she gave fresh coffee and added lots of sugar so that again we couldn’t drink it ! This is my first ever bad experience at Tim hortans . I would definitely take this to her manager. What a pathetic customer service by Gurleen !!!! Never going back to this location . Thanks for spoiling our coffee experience !
