I was at the Yorkville location a few weeks ago and the young lady was super helpful and was patient too. I didn't know you had the option of shipping it to your home so I did that and they came within 5 days. I love my new sunglasses. They treated me and my husband well. Greeted by a friendly staff when I walked in and she was amazingly helpful. I was just there to ask a question but she provided the answer I was looking for and also suggested other options as well.Great experience as a shopper.

Went to get a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses today from this location. The young woman working in the store was extremely unhelpful and frankly downright rude. I was alone, and asking for assistance on which pair to purchase, and the associate made negative comments on every pair I tried on. Perhaps this would have been helpful if she had suggested a better pair for my face shape, but her attitude resulted in me leaving the store without a purchase and question why I went to this location.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping for anything ever. The staff were terrible and very condescending. I can only guess that I didn’t look like I belonged there. Very disappointing.

Experienced the worst case of classism at this store today. I spent twenty minutes in the store and the worker basically implied the whole time that I couldn’t afford anything. When I found a pair of glasses that I like she tried to give me something off the shelf, the pair that everyone tries on. I guess us peasants get the damaged sunglasses. Any way, I found the staff here are very judgmental and rude, so I left empty handed.

I placed a heavy bag on my Maui Jim spring hinge sunglasses and disabled one of the hinges. Went out for dinner last night on Yorkville and dropped into store to ask if they had any advice on how to fix this. One of the staff recognized that the hinge was out of alignment and after fussing with it for a few minutes repaired it.I was SO happy that she took the time to try and help me. So nice! Bravo Sunglass hut for caring!!

I came here today to have a screw in my sunglasses replaced. Not only was the service very friendly and efficient, but complementary (!) with a donation to charity, which I gladly gave. In the past I’ve paid $100 to have my sunglasses repaired at another business so I’m just thrilled at how well I was treated, even tho the sunglasses weren’t even purchased from them. Thanks again!
