We worked with Alyssa Mitchell on both the sale of our condo, and purchase of our new home. Throughout the entire process Alyssa was professional, knowledgeable, honest and engaging. She was able to secure more for our condo than we had hoped for and masterfully navigated a bidding war to land us our new family home. Alyssa truly knocked it out of the park. Our only criticism would have to be that Alyssa is a leafs fan!

I have used Dan Plowman Team twice now. Glenn was our realtor both times. First time was May 2022 when my family and I moved from out of town and was looking for a home in the Durham and just recently to sell our home. Glenn is great to deal with and very knowledgeable , always available to answer many of our questions and also always keeping up updated every step of the way. Not only is he a fantastic realtor but also a great entertainer. You can see how passionate he is and his vision down to the little details in the way he represented our house in his videos. Dan Plowman’s team has been amazing to work with. But more specifically Christine Plummer.My personal situation when it came to selling my home came along with some very steep and what many would consider stressful challenges and roadblocks.The way that Christine not only handled each of them with the utmost professionalism not only met, but completely surpassed my expectations. Her knowledge of Realty Law and how to best serve and protect her clients interests is second to none. I can say with utmost certainty that if it were not for Christine’s knowledge, experience, demeanour, and care, I would not have been as successful as I was in the sale of my home. This is a review for Christine Plummer. My partner and I started looking at houses in March this year and we were both very excited at the prospect of owning our own home! After working with a different real estate agent and seeing close to 80 houses and being outbid 5 times over four months, we spent one weekend with Christine and found our first home! She took us out on a Saturday morning and we had our first home that Monday! Christine had such a knowledgeable and kind approach to the process. She knew what we had gone through and was very compassionate. She was caring and encouraging while not being pushy but she was also very honest and straightforward with us.
