Polaron installed my panels back in 2018. Was a smooth process. They took care of everything. I had a couple inverters fail after two years and they came out within two weeks and replaced them. Great support services.

We have done a very thorough search for a company in the Edmonton area and found Polaron Solar who we have decided to go with. The only negative reviews seem to be around having to sit through a presentation before they will give you a quote. Personally we had the presentation twice and found our sales rep Zak, to be well educated and well informed on the product. Trust me we threw them every question we could think of and received well informed answers. After a long search we have chosen them for our installation. Will keep you posted on how it goes.

Well I decided to try this out, I'm pretty impressed with the costumer service. No pressure sales, even though I was pondering the idea after first contact. It's been a great experience so far, just waiting for installation date and go from there. I look forward to posting again to let the old ppl like me that it's worth the money. Polaron was the best quote I received out of the 3 I got quotes for.Thanks for the great customer experience

We are in the process of getting solar energy for our home. Polaron has been very responsive during the process. Have always responded to our questions and concerns quickly. Instalation is still remaining. But have been pretty satisfied with process so far. Looking forward to updating my review after installation is completed.

WARNING: Get your deposit refund policy in writing. What I was told by my salesman was a lie. I was told that if I didn't agree with what was proposed in the engineering report, Polaron would refund my deposit. Well, I don't agree with what is proposed in the engineering report and here I am writing a lousy review without my refunded deposit. All I want is my $682.50 back. Please.

Dealing with the individual who worked in sales was good but then every step of the way after that was either unprofessional or involved lengthy responce times. We did not go ahead with the installation and it was probably one of the easier decisions i've made when it comes to arranging work on my home.

Best decision we’ve made and loving everything so far. We’ve been saving so much on our power bills with these panels. Even winter production was better than expected. Polaron worked quickly and efficiently getting my panels up and running on time. Good group of people all around that I highly recommend

Great company!They were VERY easy to deal with, and everything was straight forward. Found out that it costs ALOT less than we thought for solar panels, especially with government rebates. You can even finance them pretty easily, in the long run lowering your power bill more than the payments, which is nice :)

I recently converted to using solar panels via Polaron and had an absolutely fantastic experience through them. Everyone was responsive to any questions I had - from the salesperson, project manager, to the installation team. It was a smooth and streamlined process from the beginning to the end. I love monitoring my solar production on my phone Would 100% recommend!
