Very nice views. Good amenities including pool, hot tub, water slide, gym. Huge lobby and 3 elevators. Care taker lives in the building and keeps property in really good shape. Closed to popular restaurants, walking trails and downtown shopping.

I stayed in a apartment in this building for two weeks when I moved to Canada.It was very helpful because it is close to newcomer information center, banks, midtown plaza.Also, it has underground parking that helps a lot in hard winters.I recommend this place.
