Excellent customer service! I had picked up my glasses and when I tried them on at home I didn't like them as much as I did in the store. I took them back under the Lenscrafters 30-day Happiness Guarantee. There were no issues at all, and the staff helped me find frames that I was in love with. Over my 3 visits, all the staff I dealt with were wonderful. Allen did my adjustments and had an amazing customer service and friendliness!

I’ve bought a few pairs of glasses from this location and the staff have been amazing. I went this past month and was looking for a certain style and the associate went out of their way to find the same glasses I had in a different colour (they were a few years old and impossible to find). Somehow she managed to find them in her system and I got them in a week. Super happy with my experience :)

I love the attentive service and selection of frames in all price ranges at the Barrie location! The fast turnaround time for when you need a new pair of glasses is a big reason to shop here but the precision digital measuring of lenses make this my favourite place to purchase!

Every time I come I have a great experience and outstanding customer service. This time around, Steban was very helpful and had a friendly and sociable demeanour.My only addition would be to have some cleaning cloths available because all the glasses I tried on were covered in dust. Overall, I had once again a great experience shopping here.

Yesterday I went to this location thinking I needed to replace my elderly mothers glasses. The frame had come loose and my mum has advanced dementia and I went in thinking somehow I’m going to have to get them replaced.I was greeted by the friendliest person named Allan, after explaining my plight to him, he reassured me that he would do everything he could to fix the glasses I had.The amount of relief that came over me at that moment was overwhelming! Not only did Allan make sure the glasses were fixed, he had the nose pads replaced and handed the glasses back to me looking brand new.I can’t thank you enough for your outstanding service!

The moment I started working full-time and being in front of the computer for most of the time was the sign for me to go back to LensCrafters and get a new pair of glasses. I never hesitated to go back for I know that they will for sure help me in terms of what I need and what I will be looking for.
