Dr Jackson Poon

Dr Poon is a wonderful family physician. He is very knowledgeable and reliable, and always on time.

I’ve gone through many doctors. This guy is very knowledgeable and I’d recommend anyone to him!

I've been seeing Dr Poon for the past 3 years and not once I've had an issue. He takes the time to listen and he always has the best advice. Very knowledgeable and would recommend to anyone. I haven't waited more than 10 min to see him. His secretary is very helpful too and communication can be done through emails too.

Very busy with long wait! I don’t recommend you to go there! You won’t be served well! His receptionist is horrible! Trust me!

This office only carers about making life inconvenient and difficult for new patients. VERY disappointing! I was informed that although I booked a full appointment, since i was a new patient, I was only permitted to come in for a 10 minute meet and greet" and would have to BOOK A SECOND appointment in order for the doctor to do any medical work such as a check-up. When I inquired why this was the case

Dr. Poon is lovely. He asked me questions during the meet and greet when I explained my concerns. He never rushed me, actually listened to my answers and was not dismissive. He was on time as well. I am a new patient and look forward to working with him.

Upon first meeting Dr. Poon it is obvious that he is extremely pleanant. I felt comfortable and found him to be willing to listen.Unfortunately, and despite going directly against College regulations, (The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario), he refused to take me as a patient.My own GP has retired, I am not young, have several serious medical conditions. However, I do not require opioids, (narcotics), the huge bug a boo of all younger GP 's.I am far from being a difficult patient, and I am not at fault for the medical conditions I have, and I am in dire need of a GP.Dr. Poon is not the only GP to treat me as if I were at fault for being ill, and therefore ought to suffer, sadly I fully expect to be treated thus.But, this experience has in itself had a profound effect on me. I am by myself, and am simply left to wonder what will become of me?
