I was in your location last Sunday and the regular young lady that helps me wasn’t working (Erika). So I asked another girl about the red dress on the front mannequin and was rudely told no that’s all we had they sold fast and went the other direction. I didn’t even get her name but she had long long hair. I have thought about this all week. I contacted Erika and she said she could keep an eye out for me for others coming in and set it aside for me. Why was I not offered this last Sunday. Thank you Erika for making me feel like a welcomed customer. I guess not everyone should deal with the public.

Love the clothes!! Great range in sizes. Modern styles. They offer complete outfits from the shoes up. The stylists there are really good at helping put pieces together. Raven is outstanding at customer service.I will be back!

I feel like I am home when I enter this store. These ladies make me feel like I am beautiful everytime. The clothes is great quality good styles for all ages. Great prices! Highly highly recommended

George Town, Ont. Store is a 5☆ experience!!! The staff are so helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and organized. Online for Canada is ok. Great products but somethings I really want on the website you can't get sent to Canada or in-store and shipping and handling charges are high. plus s&h taxes plus border fees. Still love the store but Online could be way better.

I ordered clothes online from maurices. More than once I was contacted back with a msg indicating that one or more of my items were cancelled. No reasons were provided as to why this occurred. I contacted the customer service team who provided incorrect information about shipping and who were, frankly, a bit snippy. I've always liked Maurices because their clothes are both inexpensive and comfortable but buying from them online is pretty much not worth it.

Is there a star less than 0 available???This company is by far the worst to deal with. I ordered some clothes in May 2020. Returned them as soon as I received them bc they didn’t fit. It is now July 2021 and I am still waiting to be issued a refund. I’ll never get back the amount of time and energy I have put into this useless company. This is why I shop at Zara!Just the absolute worst experience and customer service ever. This company are thieves!!!
