Excellent service, I placed an order online during a flash sale. When I finished the order I realized that I never had a chance to enter the code for the sale. Emailed customer service and they had the funds reimbursed in no time with no questions asked. Parts arrived within days, very happy customer.

Window deflectors were purchased online and they arrived quickly however smashed. Been 4 weeks still no refund even after I sent pictures of packaging and broken product. They say it's being handled however it's not. Worst online store I've ever dealt with. Watch out. This company has no current stock on any items they simply middle product from distributors. Honestly would rather pay expensive prices locally than deal with lies and deceit from this non-existing company. Also they over charge taxes, which is illegal. I'll be contacting my credit card company to address this phony fraudulent company. Update.... It took filling dispute with Better Business Bureau for them to do actually do the right thing. SAD. Noticed 100 plus awful reviews about this establishment all about yhem high jacking customers monies. Contact BBB. Only way or dispute transaction with credit company.

Had an issue with my first and only order. Part was listed to fit my vehicle and it didn't. They sent a clarification email prior to sending the order that was easily misunderstood. The customer service was abysmal. Had to repeat myself multiple times to different reps and it took days and days and days to get a RMA number so I could ship it back. They admitted that their online descriptions aren't great. They wouldn't give me free return shipping even though they acknowledged that a good portion of why the order was wrong was because of their descriptions and terminology. They wouldn't even give me a discount on the replacement parts to compensate for the hassle, delays and poor service.The only thing they have going for them is the price. They're often cheaper than other suppliers, but if you have to send the part back for an exchange then you're going to be out a lot more than you saved originally.Would not recommend.

Great experience and price, only reason its not 5 stars is because I did not get notified when my package shipped or was delivered. and the tracking just told me in process". Other than that

The local performance shop quoted me on a Borla Cat-back exhaust and then informed me it would be at least a month waiting time. I decided to try TDot Performance and was very pleased. Not only did they have stock, they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper for the exact same product. Ordering was very easy and I had my exhaust system in a week. I will definitely be dealing with TDot Performance again!

Best price on the best part I found anywhere including online and from the states! I placed the order and for the discount code. Sent an email and they guys refunded it within a day. The shipping info was never sent to me, however, the parts showed up as estimated and they were exactly what I order. Will definitely be buying from here in the future.

Competitive pricing and great communication and customer support. They let me know before processing my order that an item was backordered and allowed me to switch to an available product with not fuss. Can't wait to finish the build!

I order tires that the website claimed were in stock. A couple days later, I get an email informing me that the tires are not in stock and asking if I'd like to order something different. I respond I'd like to cancel the order... No response from them. I write to them again a week later. No response. I write again ... No response. I try calling... Busy. I write again... You get the idea.The charge is still outstanding on my credit card. Unfortunately, it looks like the only way to get my money back will be through the credit card company.These guys are total scammers.

I asked if they had a specific Holley air cleaner in stock ready to ship and they said yes. I went ahead with the purchase and when tracking came a day later it was being shipped directly from Holley via UPS. Arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Outstanding service and order fulfillment. I will make more purchases from them.

***EDIT*** Upon replying to Patrick, I received another e-mail from Billy from their returns department. He was sincere and did his best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Whilst one cannot go back in the past to re-gain lost time in delays and frustration. Billy offered me a refund on a defective product and a small discount on my order. It is at least fair to update this review and acknowledge that while supply chain issues may still exist, they are doing their best. I just wish that I had this level of service from the beginning. I have updated my review to a fair rating.0 stars, you can't put less than 1 though.Same story as everyone else, ordered parts, they don't even have them in stock, they just back-order everything and surprise surprise, you get hit with extra fees when it arrives. Stay away, you've been warned. Go to your local dealer if you can.My 35+ e-mail chain of the same cookie cutter responses will haunt me from ever using this company again.
