I e-mailed them to enquire as to whether or not a plant I wanted to buy was toxic. They gave me the wrong information and proceeded to tell me that if I was concerned about a houseplant being toxic then I should never be allowed to buy any houseplants. When I called regarding the rude e-mail the staff I spoke with was also oddly rude to me.

I delivered here and was unloaded and gone with 20 mins. Always nice for a driver. The dock is a little tricky however may be difficult for new drivers.
