Outstanding customer service - we will definitely be renting with them again. There really is no need to rent with National or other car rental companies.I was in Smithers for work and National had NO vehicles available. Similarly another car rental company had nothing available. Fred called me back right away and had what we needed. Not only this, he picked us up at the airport and drove us to the close by office to sign the paperwork. We communicated by text prior to picking up the vehicle and even though our first flight was cancelled, everything went smoothly. I cannot say enough about the communication and level of customer service. Similarly, drop off was very easy. Fred was professional, highly responsive, and very kind. Like I said, we will be back!

Fred, the manager helped me out of a tremendous jam when Uhaul absolutely screwed me last minute. They are professional, helpful and have the right trucks for your needs. The truck was clean inside and out and recently serviced. 10/10 would use them again. Thanks Fred!
