Best supplier to deal with, within the GTA. I work for an HVAC/R company and the customer service is very helpful as well as friendly. I would recommend Rose, she has been with the company for a very long time as was very helpful in terms of hardware and tools that I need to get the job done. Overall I’m very happy with this branch.

This is an awsome store. I went in today and asked for couple flathead screws. The employee was professional and polite. They didn't even charge me for these small screws.

When I need a part that can't be found anywhere else, this shop always helps. Makes me wonder why I go elsewhere at all. Staff are courteous on the phone and in person, and that's important. Good location, good parking, and stocked with whatever I've needed, which tends to be metric sizes in different thread.

I went and ask for grade 5 nuts and bolts, chris was polite and professional didn't even charge me for it. Thank you from bolivar construction.

Rose and Christopher went above and beyond to help me find the exact parts I needed, while being so generous with both their time and knowledge of the products. Even though I just needed a couple small things, they made sure it was what I wanted and they did not rush me. The only thing better than the quality of their products is the quality of their staff! I refuse to shop elsewhere. Thank you folks!

Bought a few things. But one of the tools was a lot more then anywhere else. Doesn’t help that there’s no prices on the shelf’s. How do you k ow what the cost is. Are you supposed to ask for every item how much?? Do they make up prices depending on the customer. I don’t get it? Well I definitely wouldn’t want to come back. Rather do to a big box store where there is deals.
