Rebecca and Brittany were exactly what we needed on our wedding day. As the kind of person who normally needs to be running the show, I thought it would be difficult to step back and let someone else take the reins. From the rehearsal and right up to the very end of the wedding, Rebecca and Brittany took control and fixed problems that I would have never considered. Over the last few days of the wedding preparations, I suffered from some serious wedding brain. Without these two girls, my wedding would have been a disaster. They went above and beyond what they probably should have done, but they did this without breaking stride in making our day so magical.The bartenders were super friendly and very efficient! For such a large wedding, there was never a line up at the bar.We truly appreciate everything that Servers with a Smile did for us and we would definitely recommend them in the future.

If you are thinking of hiring a day-of coordinator, you are in the perfect place! We hired Rebecca and her team back in 2020 after we met them at a wedding show, and she was absolutely phenomenal to work with! She was so accommodating with us when we had to postpone to 2021, and she was SO friendly and personable the whole time we communicated with her. She gave us very constructive feedback on our DIY decor, which helped us to turn our special day into exactly what we wanted it to be! On the day of the wedding, her team did such an amazing job helping with literally everything and anything that got thrown their way. I cannot thank them enough!!! They were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on literally all things wedding. There were MANY hiccups and delays thrown at them, and they still managed to make our day absolutely perfect! If you are considering having a day-of coordinator, DO IT! Servers With A Smile is who you need to have!

Rebecca did such an amazing job making our vision come to life! From our first meeting with her over coffee, we knew we had found the perfect decorator. She is so well-organized and has a fantastic inventory of products to decorate your wedding. She was professional and made us feel comfortable. Thanks again Rebecca for all of your hard work! We got so many compliments from guests about the decor.

I had an excellent experience with Rebecca-she's very friendly, professional and responds to emails right away. I rented some tablecloths and pink napkins for my daughter's first birthday and the whole transaction went smoothly. Prices are good too for the rentals. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I can not recommend Rebecca & her staff more! We used this service for our wedding decor, setup & day of coordinator service. We had Jenna & Jessica for our wedding day. They went above & beyond for what I had expected. They came around to the girls & guys with deodorant to make sure everyone was fresh all day & night long, they made sure we had everything. I forgot my garder & jenna went back to my house where the guys were setting up to find it for me. They set everything up perfectly (better than I could have ever imagined) and they tore down the next day as well! Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Rebecca & her team! They were very friendly and made sure everyone knew what they were doing and made sure that no other vendor changed the schedule on us. Literally perfect! Got lots of comments on my girls in black" taking care of our big & special day!! Thank you so much ♡♡♡"

Working with Rebecca and her team at Servers with a Smile was the best wedding decision I could have made! I used Servers with a Smile as both my day of coordinator and decorator. Rebecca was professional, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She provided lots of great suggestions while completely taking into account my vision and happily worked within my budget. Rebecca and her colleague Sara took away as much stress as they possibly could have on the day of so that I could enjoy every moment and not worry about any of the little things. They did not miss anything and were always ten steps ahead of everyone else. Prior to the day of, Rebecca assisted in providing all of my vendors with a day of timeline so that everyone was on the same page without me having to meet with them all individually. I cannot say enough great things about Server’s with a Smile - you will not be disappointed!

If I could give zero stars I would. I hired this company to do all my wedding florals and decor. At first they were very responsive and helpful, but that quickly changed. As soon as we signed our contract and sent in our first deposit the company ghosted my fiancé and I. We sent countless emails, with not response. Called I don’t even know how many times and their mailbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. Once we finally got through to leave multiple voicemails, there was no response. It’s now over a month later and I just received an email from them saying they already booked our date with another client and they had the nerve to say they hadn’t heard from us so the moved onto booking with someone else even though I have an email trail over 50 emails long and phone records of outgoing calls to prove we did try to contact them on so many occasions. This is horrible customer service, I can’t believe instead of taking accountability and trying to help with a solution they would instead try to blame their client to cover their own tracks. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I now have to find a new florist and decorator just 3 months before my wedding and I want to cry. So incredibly disappointed! AVOID!!!

Rebecca and the Servers with a Smile team were amazing! We planned all decor in less than 2 months with a few Zoom meetings, set up was seamless and everything turned out beautifully. So glad that our venue (Delta Waterloo) connected and recommended. I would highly recommend as well if you are looking for a no-nonsense experience for event decor.
