I physically broke the glass on my range. It was my fault and not under warranty.Before and after dropping a wok through our 1 month old range.I called the manufacturer to get their certified repair person to maintain my warranty. Well in comes in AP appliances (Art Penney). He is polite, knowledgable and very well priced. The part I needed is on back order until November. Knowing I needed a range for our family we went to go look at his new scratch and dent appliances section at his warehouse at 9:30 last night. He had my model and sold it to me for a very great price. He took off the top then proceeded to show me how to install it (3 wires and 2 screws). Thinking I would be picking up a range a few days later (not a part that night) I didn't bring any cash. He waited there for me as I ran to the bank. We didn't get out of there until after 10.What type of person would meet a client at a warehouse at 930 at night show them how to install it and wait like that? Art Penney, a truly amazing person.
