HSBC Bank

Worst banking experience ever. I dont understand how this bank/branch is still in establishment. From management, to tellers, to the customer service over the phone. No one seems to know a proper solution to any banking problems.I entered my password once on the online banking app, they decide to lock my account and hold all my funds in my account. After talking to customer service and saying if I go show my ID at the teller then the hold should lift as I am verified.That was not the case, after waiting for an HOUR, they ended up telling me that the worker on my case is now on vacation and she is the only one that has authorization to lift my hold. How is it possible that only one agent has authorization to do so?I suggest anyone banking with HSBC to close your account now and move onto a better bank where your money will feel safe, because it ia not with HSBC.

I would certainly give 0 stars if that were possible. I was greeted after 10 minutes of waiting while the teller gossiped with coworkers in the back. I went there to pick up a few cheque leafs and was informed that the only place that can provide cheques are my home branch (located in a different city now that I had moved) - which makes no sense what so ever!! Banks work and rely on having a strong client list which is proportional to customer service - I urge HSBC to pay a little more attention.

If there’s less than ZERO. I would give it to HSBC. It’s not only this branch problem, it’s an international problem in HSBC wherever they are. Keep away from HSBC unless it’s a must

Waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted. Then was told I didn't have an appt and to come back. Branch was empty. Kennie lacked warmth and professionalism. Was willing to transfer all my business to HSBC. No Thanks.Branch hours are a concern too.

Deplorable Financial institution! From the management to the tellers, the lack of experience and lack of respect for clients and their needs will have a long lasting effect on this branch! I would recommend anyone with a portfolio at this branch to evaluate the benefits of banking elsewhere. This branch and institution is morally bankrupt! tried to get through to my branch for discussions on account as the premier line could not give me satisfactory discussion. looked up branch number, but after long wait got the overseas line again I am still waiting on line while they try to get me through to the branch. When I asked for direct branch number they offered to pass on my number for a call back within 24 hours. i am still on hold while they put me through to a voice mail. Not efficient way of banking. Patience wearing thin.

Excellent at all ways , This branch is the best one throughout all branches , I dealt with HSBC branches all over the world , particularly this branch since opened in Oakville years and years ago , it's the best one , I should thank Karas , Rose , Neeta and all other members of the team . Thanks again .

The Google map location is wrong. No one at the bank has bothered to correct it. Also 3 ppl behind desks but still had to wait as 2 of them are training. Ridiculous. One of the crapest banking experiences ever

Looking for the address I saw the rating of 2 stars. WRONG its 5 stars. Global hsbc banker its the same service as the UK one, imo its akin to a private bank. Suki is the manager and has a track record of recruiting the best and brightest. Don't confuse the obismal remote telephone support with the superb local hsbc branch.

Possibly one of my worst bank experience in Canada. The level of rudeness is really surprising. I asked to print my account statement and the said they can’t do that in the branch. Really? Anything you ask for they roll their eyes and then respond. It’s like a trained procedure that they have to follow. We came to Hsbc because we have an outstanding pleasant experience with them in other parts of the world. I must add that it’s this branch specifically as my experience in their mississauga branch was the complete opposite. The staff over there is more than pleasant and helpful.
