I ordered a custom cut acrylic piece by email. Very simple process. I received amazing customer service, especially by the lady on the phone. Highly recommend this business.

Would give 6 stars if I could. All around awesome from start to finish!Found them on Facebook and wanted to get some custom ornaments made. They took their time and worked with me, made samples and revised those samples to ensure I was satisfied with them. Communication was crystal clear and I received my shipment really quickly. There was a minor colour variation between some ornaments so I mentioned it to them and they immediately answered by advising they were going to send me new ones ASAP. Super impressed with the excellent customer service and the ornaments were even better than I had hoped for. The attention to detail was immaculate! Highly recommend Plastic Depot.

I m not sure who is the female person working there, but definitely she doesn't care about potential growth of this business. I also tried to get a direct contact of an owner but she would refuse supplying any information. Place only accessible by call and entrance from the back. Tried to receive small samples if my laser cutter is compatible with it. She wouldn't give samples for free even if they we re picked from the floor. Messy place with unpleasant stuff with the owner not to be found. Also forget about getting any price list. Just to start I wanted to buy 5 different sheets of acrylic and be a potential good client. But not with this people.

Greatly recommend this place. Nice staff, quick turnaround and great prices.

Worst customer service ever experienced by me. The short girl working here was not interested to sell. Firstly when I was in the complex but was not able to find the place so I called the place, she said that the place is not open for public. Once I was able to find the place, after looking at the sheet she said to pick the sheet fast as she has to close the store. Didn't show us the options and one which showed was of poor quality and after that asked me to leave so that she can close the store and go home. I think they want to go close forever so please don't go here or buy from here based on the website. Wasted my time to drive back and forth.

Eugene was able to manufacture some acrylic parts based on my basic drawing. Turnaround time was fast and product machining executed well.

Eugene was a pleasure to work with. I needed a rear glass replaced on my truck cap and he was able to provide me with an acrylic cutout (tinted.)Very reasonably priced, and was even able to help me install it.
