Only great things to say about this place! Everyone here is so helpful and kind. Especially Ina who helped me replace my keys and made sure I was safe after they were stolen. Appliances and amenities are great and in good condition. Perfect location close to Concordia and McGill. Great for students families and anyone wanting a quiet place to live in the heart of Montreal!

Well, is hard to describe in a few words the great experience that I’m having in this place, Rocky Hamilton is THE guy for setting you up in this great place, super helpful, friendly, nice, he will explain everything to the details, very funny and light mood. Rocky is always in the building, and answers quick, by phone text or in person, the building is excellent, clean, good neighbours, have everything you need, and is in a great spot. If you are not sure about it where to go, actually even if you do, this place would be a better choice. Rocky Hamilton would set you up and take care of everything and make you feel at home. Great guy, Great place. 5 stars for real!!!

Great place to live with clean and well maintained amenities. Ina Cusnir, the senior building manager, is amazing. She’s extremely approachable and kind and will always do her best to help. She made living here a great experience!

We have been living in this building for over three years. I love this building, it’s so clean and beautiful. Everyone is nice and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet and nice place to live in the heart of downtown Montreal :)

The management is awful. They took a surreptitious (sneaky and underhanded) approach to lease renewal. They emailed me the document to increase my rent by 5%, nearly double the recommended amount, on December 23rd. They used a read receipt system that triggers the email as read" the moment it is delivered

I had a wonderful experience visiting Le Sommet. The apartments, location and amenities offered are prime. I want to highlight the work of Rocky, who went above and beyond to ensure we find our perfect home. His dedication, patience and warmth made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t be more grateful, thank you!

Horribly run; I lived in the building since 2018 with several issues poorly handled.1) Malfunctioning heat (27-33 C) and management did nothing for 2 months. Was immediately fixed when they finally sent a real electrician.2) Non-functioning shower (scalding, could not use) with rapid leak that wasn’t fixed for another 2 months, and they never repaired the hole in my wall after that repair.3) Despite all this they have overcharged me for 2 months (almost $5000) and took several months to pay it back.4) The issues above and others (could not organize parking, or storage space, being over-charged, etc.) took repeated visits to front office (Bruno) and when I raised compensation for months of being without basic necessities (heating, shower), I was actually laughed at (Nazigum).—Front office and management have never provided me with quality service (resident from 2018-2023) despite $3000/mo in rent/parking.

Ina is the manager, very kind and professional. She will always solve our problems and needs in the best way and we are satisfied in this apartment . I highly recommend coming here.

I used to live in 3475 rue de la montage. The management team were always helpful. Specially, Ina Cusnir was wonderful. She was so patient and helped me with my problem.

I like everything about this building from the rooftop terrace to the warm welcome of the leasing agent and the staff. The apartment is spacious and located in one of the best parts of town.
