NAPA AUTOPRO - Kingsgate Automotive Ltd

Have been dealing with these guys for many, many years, and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. In fact, all of my Edmonton based family take their vehicles here too. These guys are honest, and not out to gouge you. They will explain everything, and fully stand by their work. I'd had a recurring issue with the power steering pump hose in my truck, and had to get it fixed a minimum of 3 times (could have been more, and was not the shop's fault in anyway), and I only ever got charged for the first visit, the other visits fell under their guarantee. BTW - they ended up trying out a completely different hose with like triple the PSI needed (overkill), and it worked! Sometimes you just have to experiment a little. Highly recommend Kingsgate Auto!

Great knowledge and update to our older vehicle. Had knowledgeable staff and were willing to educate a client on each part they felt was worn and provided a good timeline on it's current ware thru their education. Assisted quickly and efficiently to my needs for the visit.

I have had the worst luck with vehicles for years, so when I discovered this place I was very excited. These guys are honest and affordable. I have been treated so well by all of their staff and they know me by name even after only being there a few times. I have been in for oil changes and a tire repair and twice they have fixed some other minor things the same day for next to nothing. Plus I always get free bottle of water in my cup holder when I pick up my truck!

Best most honest repair shop you could hope to find!! Been going there for years!! I would highly recommend!!
