To be honest, they were not professional while closing my mortgage. I would suggest to focus on all the documents they receive to review and support clients.

Communication was incredibly quick, and David Bishop and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. At no point did I feel unsure about 'what happens next', and I felt well taken care of.

In my opinion this is one of the shadiest law firms to deal with in Regina regarding buying and selling property. Highly suggest checking out other firms.

I now know why people do not trust lawyers!! Had a phone call with David to which he said that he would help me out and prior to accepting his services I had asked about pricing again because I could not afford him, to which he did not respond which implied to me that he agreed to the probono work. He made various mistakes throughout the process and simply copy and pasted another contract and didn't bother to fill in my info and then charged me for a rewrite as well I did not end up getting a final copy of an item he charged me for. When I disputed these charges he just simply refused to answer. So now as a small business owner I am on the hook for a $2000 bill that for an email he copy and pasted from past clients saying it took him 4 hours to complete that I never even got a final copy of just a draft. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I am shocked at the lack of professionalism from this firm and one of its Partners. Zero interest in returning calls and emails. Not surprised by the poor online reviews given the experience I am having trying to communicate with them.

One of the better law firms in Regina. Great lawyers, nice office and great location. Highly recommended!
