Very detail oriented and professional. Booking an appointment is also very easy. My new glasses were ready within 3-4 business days and they came out great.

My family has been going to this place for multiple years. If there was a way to separate this review for their secretaries it would get much lower. Dr. Rajesh has been a great optometrist however, their receptionist team does not match this quality.Certain receptionists can be very rude and sarcastic. My last interaction with them was final as their understanding, compassion and respect is on the floor. It is very clear that patients can have emergencies and 2 out of the 3 times the contacts that I had ordered were defective out of the box. I admit one of the times I was not on top of ordering on time and it was definitely my fault. However, the other 2 times were met with disrespect and no understanding.Upon calling a previous optometrist we gave gone to (one we have a history with) they advised that what we were getting charged for sample pairs was not just. Out of convenience and location I have been ordering from Dr.Rajesh's office. Now knowing that there is much better out there to order from where respect and understanding is not lacking. I will inconvenience myself to order from a place located much further from my house simply to avoid coming back here.I usually do not leave reviews but seeing that there are other reviews addressing the reception I will gladly provide my experience.

New to town and went based on a family friend’s recommendation. Dr. Panchal was very thorough and took the time to answer questions. Front desk staff also very friendly and helpful.

My Friend has an appt with him and I went with her and found this doctor to be very harsh and quick in doing his diagnosis. Thankfully we had changed her to someone different.

I recently switched to Raj, as my previous optometrist was all about money, my vision was secondary. Raj is an excellent, no nonsense guy. He us genuine and really cares. He does everything to make sure your eyes get the best possible treatment without any compromise or cutting corners.

Dr Panchal is an awesome doctor made me feel relaxed even though he had to scrape my eye. Very good beside manner. Would recommend.
