I was referred to Home Appliance Care by Bosch. Luc was able to come the same day to look at our dishwasher that had mysteriously stopped working the previous evening. He worked in a methodical fashion to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Very happy with our experience. Thank you.

We needed to figure out why our dishwasher was stopping mid-cycle. Home Appliance Care sent two techs who didn't know what they were doing. They called the dishwasher maker's tech support, and then another tech from their shop to guess that it was the controller. At a rate of $20 every $10 minutes, hearing them on hold made my blood boil because I could have easily called tech support and waited for free.They told me the part they need to order would be $500. I was shell-shocked and said I'd call them. After a quick search online, I found the part two blocks away, brand new for $291. I called them back to ask if they could install the part I found instead of gouging me and they told me they wouldn't do that. I wasn't under warranty with the dishwasher maker and happily took my business elsewhere. Another service tech installed the part for us for a reasonable rate.Edit: and it turns out the techs from Home Appliance care were wrong about the controller because the issue is still happening. Unbelievable that they wanted to charge me a small fortune for a part that wouldn't solve the problem. They didn't even check the error codes to diagnose it but listened to their tech guy. Total fail.

We contacted Home Appliance Care through our refrigerator's manufacturer. Ming called ahead and let us know he was on his way.Even though we had had 3 technicians in previously who told us the problem could not be fixed, Ming took care of the problem with methodically and with acumen that demonstrated his experience and professionalism. Ming was happy to explain what he was doing, why and why the problem likely occurred. He even took a quick peek at our other appliances and offered some tips and tricks to keep them working like new longer. I should also note that never a disparaging word was uttered about previous technicians, the appliances or anything.All in all, from the gentleman that booked the appt, the Client care woman who gave me an ETA, through to Ming's service, we are very satisfied with the whole experience - would highly recommend Home Appliance Care and specially Ming.thanks folks - keep up the good workAmedeo

Our Bosch dishwasher needed warranty work. Home Appliance Care was able to get us a visit from Moe the very next day. Moe was prompt and quick to tackle the problem. He was knowledgeable and got us back up and running. Would recommend and use again.

Had a bad experience when a technician came to look at my brand new Bosch dishwasher which had stopped working. I felt patronized by the technician who immediately asked if I had sat on the door (later said there was nothing wrong with the door), suggested I didn’t know how to use the dishwasher and said he couldn’t find anything wrong after over an hour. Called another company for a second opinion and he said immediately the latch was faulty and fixed it within 20 minutes. Giving 2 starts since they were quick to book an appointment.

I had a problem with my Electrolux refrigerator. I called the manufacture and they recommended me to call Home Appliance Care. I had a technician named Minh. He came and was able to describe to me in detail what was the cause of the problem. He came again after having ordered the parts and insisted to service my home first on his list. He was super! Minh is such a knowledgeable technician and deserves a raise! My husband and I were so happy to have had the pleasure of meeting him.Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

We have had a number of warranty and non warranty repairs required to our kitchen appliances since 2019. Mark our regular technician is awesome! He is very professional and transparent regarding the required work and has provided great advice on how to deal with the manufacturer on reimbursement. Highly recommend. Ask for Mark!

I recommend this business big time. They responded very fast and came fixed my Dishwasher very fast too. They are professionals and know what they are doing plus their customer help called Nick is amazing at responding and helping.Am grateful for their service in my home. Give them your money no regrets.

A big thank you to the team at Home Appliance Care Ottawa for repairing my LG refrigerator. Especially the technician, Minh, he was very professional. The job was done right and I especially appreciate that fact that he clean up after he is done.My fridge is now working like new again.

I used this company as they were the certified repair service for my wine fridge. At the initial service call I asked the expert if the fridge was worth repairing or should be replaced. His expert opinion was that repairing the fridge would get many more years out of it, on his advice, I invested an additional $600+ for the repair only to have the fridge stop working again 1 year and month later. When I called the company to discuss the issue, they gave me all the excuses, we only warranty our work for 90 days etc. Did not even try to come and see if the repair failed. So absolutely disappointed in their dishonesty and will not use them again.
