Thanks to Roots and Connections Tree Service for dealing with a very large overgrown willow tree, that a limb had broken off. They provided detailed plans and expertise on how to deal with the tree and listened and responded to all our concerns. They did excellent job pruning, cleaning up after. Highly recommended.

We hired Ethan to remove a portion of a large cedar hedge on our property as it was creating a dangerous blind spot on the road. Ethan did a great job removing the hedge, shaping the hedge and offering advice in regards to moving forward with the hedge. I wanted to clear out front and back gardens after years of overgrowth. In-person visit was very useful to understand what could be done, by how many staff, and an initial price-estimate quote. Communication by e-mail and with text messages were all answered within 24 hours or less. All staff were friendly, and all work was done quickly and professionally. Although the entirety of the job was spaced over a number of days spanning a couple of weeks, the schedule had been communicated and agreed upon by all parties at the start. I would hire them again in the future for the overall experience of great customer service and job-completion satisfaction.

The team at Roots and Connections are fabulous all around. From their great costumer service to the quality word they do on site. Their workers really listen to your requests and treat you with kindness and respect. They really help you out and talk you through their plan. They take what you want done, assess it and then go over the plan of attack. They came in and did what they said they were going to do and left the site cleaner than it was when they showed up! I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Very pleased! We bought in our neighborhood because of the mature properties and trees. With a small amount of maintenance big trees can stay healthy and safe. Ethan and team did a great job removing the dead branches and doing a spiral cut on our 55 foot Blue Spruce and a few other trees on our property. I will definitely call on them again.

We had Ethan and crew do some tree work to clear the view in our backyard. They did an absolutely fantastic job! They were so knowledgeable and efficient. Our backyard is quite sloped so it was a very technical job but it was no problem for Ethan and his crew. Would without a doubt use Ethan for any tree work we need in the future.
