I was a bit afraid to go in after reading all of the reviews but Mai was absolutely amazing!! She did an excellent job on my pedicure, in fact it’s the best one I’ve had in years! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the older lady in there was very short to others and her customer service was lacking. Mai though, she’s 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going here getting shellac polish on my nails every 3 weeks since July. The younger woman that works here usually does my nails and she is a really good nail tech. She takes her time, is very precise and always does a wonderful job. The couple times I had the owner do my nails, it came out really bad. It was bumpy and mis-shaped. She was very rough on my nails too. So usually when I go, I make sure to get the younger woman to do them because I know they’ll be done correctly.Over the last couple of months, the shellac product has really damaged my nails. I used to have very strong healthy nails that would grow very long, but now they are very thin and brittle.I went into the salon to get the shellac filed off my nails to give my nails a break so they can get healthy again. The owner filed my nails, she used a file way to rough on my nails, and basically filed the last bit of life left to my nails off. She was so rough, and now my nails are extremely sore. When she went to ring me up, she charged me $12. I was in her chair for not even 3 minutes. All she did was file the shellac off. She never used any product on me at all, and she charged me $12 for that. Mind you, like I said, I’ve been going there every 3 weeks since July and I leave a generous tip each time.I know it’s only $12, but I was honestly shocked. She also didn’t clean up her station before I sat down. There were nails left on the towel from the lady who was sitting there before me... That is very gross. The stations should be cleaned between each customer.Needless to say i’ll never go back there again.

My friends and I got our nails done with basic polish. It was reeeally cheap!! I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants just a basic mani/pedi!

Kathy’s nails is a great place! Its so underrated. Its a walk in service and you don’t have to wait a long time. Kathy does a wonderful job. I also had a Pedicure done it was so nice and the product they use for your feet smells so good. I’m so impressed. I always have a great experience there and the price is great too!

The worst, absolute WORST experience I have ever had getting my nails done. You couldn’t pay me to go back there. Save your money people!!

I had pedicure and manicure here last week. It was great. The workers are friendly and helped me a lot with my bad legs. I will come back.

My friend and I went in, they were actually getting ready to close and took us in anyways. They were very nice, Kim and Michelle did our nails. We are in love with them and will for sure we going back again!

I have always gone here to have shellac pedi done by Mai, but this time was different, she wasn't as friendly as other times, she was looking over her shoulder as the older lady working there is not friendly with customers or staff. She listens to every word spoken and makes you feel uncomfortable talking to the staff because she butts in. I always paid the extra for art work but was told this time no art work only sticker!" Not a nice atmosphere whatsoever

Very accommodating and super friendly, I chipped my nail on my dishwasher a few days after I had my nails done and I called over and she said come right in when you're ready and we can fix it no charge! They are amazing!

Very poor customer service. Went in to gel my gel nails removed, she didn’t use any products. Filed them down and literally ripped them off and didn’t care when I was saying it was painful. Then she charged me 23$ for that. Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
