ICE International Currency Exchange

I've used ICE Currency Exchange a few times. Convenient location. Cash has always been there reliably for pickup. Staff have often been moody and unfriendly. I don't take it personally. I'm often there at 5am/6am and ... who wants to work at a currency exchange place at that ungodly hour? Other reviewers here have complained about the exchange rates... I haven't looked into it a ton, so it might be worth researching other places in the city.

So easy to order foreign currency online and pick up the next day. Love that there are no fees. Excellent service!

Don’t be fooled by the advertisements about how easy it is to click and collect your money on your way out of the airport. It may seem convenient but it isn’t if they don’t have your money for you. We thought we’d try this and regretted it as we left for our international trip with NO cash in hand even though we ordered much before their deadline. The staff seemed unsympathetic, like we had no where to be so we should just wait. Well, we can’t wait. We had customs to cross and a plane to catch. This was a huge waste of time and so frustrating to start a trip this way. Get your money before hand because you cannot count on this company to have your money.

Terrible service. I ordered Icelandic currency five business days ahead, confirmed time of pickup via email and yet when we arrived to pick it up it wasn’t there. The agent said the order had just gone in on the previous day and there was nothing they could do. Yes there is, do your job - order the currency on time. If you use this service (and I don’t recommend it) tell them you need it a day earlier and you might get it on time.

Terrible exchange rate!!! make sure to exchange before you get to the airport. Usually these kiosks charge a bit extra, but this place is absolutely horrible rates. Almost 1.49 sell when 1.35 posted is disgusting...plus a $5.95 charge...

The quote was fast and efficient but I got a much better rate elsewhere so I did not purchase.
