Although they do a good job on nails and take the time to make sure you are satisfied, the price never make sense… I have gotten intricately designed sets and paid less than when I have gotten a basic set. When I get French tips with each nail having a different colour I would expect to pay a little more because it is more work. However, it becomes very questionable pricing when I get basic white French tips and it costs me $20 more than when I got different colours. I’ve gone with family, they get a full set with one colour on all the nails. Then I get a full set with designs on the nails which normally costs more. So imagine the surprise when my family paid more…..? I’ve learned my lesson, ask for the price before hand!

They rushed. Most of the nails looked great..but my thumb nail...its looks all indented...and one day later it chipped off on the side..There is the picture to prove it. It was not properly dried enough...They rushed because they have too many customers of the same time appointment...which makes no sense.

I have been going to the place for many years. Some girls are amazing. A couple of them treat you like they are doing you a favor or doing it for free. I am paying for it, I want it done to my satisfaction.

I have been a regular at LB Nails for years. They never cease to amaze me. Just had my nails and toes done again today with a Chrome finish. I love them. I can’t say enough about Jenny and her staff. They are friendly and always eager to please. I also bring my elderly Mum here. They always treat her with respect and compassion and go out of their way to make her feel good. Give them a try. You’ll be glad you did.

I loved this place. Only ever came here to get my nails done. But recently got a manicure 3 days later there was a crack through the middle on 1 nail (got fixed). Just today I noticed 2 more nails with cracks. I have noticed that they rush more so then before.

Amazing staff and they do such a great job . Would definitely recommend this place . This is the only nail place I use and so does my husband . Also had my eyebrows wax and colored.

My Mom, sister and myself stopped in to get our nails done.I was impressed with how big the area is, also the amount of staff working. They were friendly, and accepted us although we didn't make any appointments.I needed a fill and wanted French manicure with a design, I was extremely astonished I was charged $70!

Got my nails done as a walk-in this morning. Originally went in for an acrylic fill with Shellac polish, but after an issue with my nail (which Jimmy explained in detail) we decided on a new set.He was so patient, kind and made sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort.Very reasonably priced. I'll gladly make the drive again for this salon. Highly reccomend.

Not super happy. Looks like a child painted my toes. I paid almost $50 for a shellac pedicure and the shellac is absolutely horrible. Not just uneven but also all over the cuticle and some on my toes. Very disappointing. My manicure was also pretty disappointing. Not only did she not shape my nail properly but left quite a few bare spots and a couple bumps even after I asked her to fix them a couple times. Everything was clean and everyone was very pleasant but for how expensive it was the services provided were subpar in quality. I may return and try a different tech, but as far as that tech she was nice but didn’t do a good job.

Service depends on the nail artist you gets. Usually get good service, but last time I went for a gel mani and had the nail polish peeling off in less than a week. Additionally, I booked an appointment via Facebook to get nail art from a reference photo and was told when making the appointment they could do the design but when I got there they said they wouldn't be able to do it... disappointing. Their acrylic sets and fills are very good, but if you aren't getting acrylics I would pass.
