I purchased their metal fence panels this past spring. Very happy with the quality of the product and the service.

We purchased metal fencing from this company and we had used there fence installer to install the fence. The installer was rude, complained about doing the work. We had to have him come back 3 times to get the job done properly. 3rd time they damaged 2 new panels, then he sent me a bill that was much higher then the actual quote. Just a greasy experiance dealing with this guy. We have much more to do and we most definitely will not have him back to do the work! Van casa needs much better installers that wont ruin its reputation...

I have been dealing with Van Casa for about 4 yrs now. The customer service has always been great, always answering the phone and taking care of any concerns or questions I have.... Ramen and Li have always made sure my orders are ready and do there best to get me material even when supplies are limited! There fencing products are great and my customers are always happy!

We recently purchased metal fencing from Ramen @ Vancasa, he was very helpful in figuring out all that we needed for the instal. We required brackets for our application and we felt they were reasonable at $12 each. Quality was very good & they worked perfectly.Our order was loaded up quickly by Kevin & the warehouse crew. Installation was quick and easy - pretty straight forward.We are very happy with the finished product & the price. We've had lots of friends & neighbors compliment us on our new fence!

I was very happy with the customer service and product sold by this company, I would highly recommend if your looking for quality tile and stone. I live in Kelowna and they shipped it within 2 days and I was installing the rock slabs on the 3rd day. I was so happy with the customer service and product that I ordered another pallet of there quality 6”x24” Black Ledge Stone sold with 6 pieces in each box. They are very good quality and only one piece broke while cutting which is amazing. The colour was also outstanding when I finished my fireplace wall, I am so happy I found there product online which was very fair priced. I have posted the before and after pictures of my project for you to see the quality they sell. I am a very happy customer and will purchase from them again when I start another project.

We ordered black metal fencing and are very pleased with the product. it arrived on the day promised and the quality seems exceptional. Customer service was also very good. Would highly recommend.

We just finished installing the hardwood floors we got from vancasa. I love the floors. The customer service was great. They listened to what I was looking for, didn't steer me the wrong way and would always get back to me whenever I had a question. I will be back to get more floors and tiles for my next house.

Bought glass mosaic for my kitchen backsplash from Vancasa Tile and Stone and I am very happy how it turned out and the price. I posted pics but they did not come

They don’t return unused packages. When I went to buy tiles they said you can return unused and unopened tiles. But when I went there they simply refused saying it was final sale. That’s how they cheat customers and make money. Better to avoid these guy’s.

I actually fell sick to my stomach that I have used Vancasa Tile and Stone for my recent purchases. They have really bad customer service with very unethical management. I will never recommend anyone to purchase even a single penny worth of product from them. I do not want to give them even one star but google is not allowing me to post my comments without it. You can not expect customer to open up the boxes and inspect every single unit at the time of delivery and create a mess. Customer can only inspect boxes for visible damages at the time of delivery and count them against invoice. As wall tiles do not get installed at the same time of floor installation, you can not ask customers to inspect those tiles by opening boxes. You know exactly the truth is you have delivered damaged product and denied to compensate the customer for that. On the other hand I was stuck ordering it from you again to match the rest of my installation.It is not matter of 100 dollars, it is matter of right or wrong. You know you are wrong in doing this and I am not sure how your ethics allow this
