Pronto Work did a significant roof repair for me. Mike was excellent to deal with and always punctual. The work done was excellent. Mike went above and beyond (in my opinion) in the original inspection and diagnosis, and was very good in putting together a plan and getting it done on time. He met with us to answer questions about the quote, he let us know what date the shingles would be arriving, when he would be starting the project and how long it would take. He followed through on all of the dates and scope of work of the quote and the price. He was on site everyday working along side his crew ensuring that the job was completed properly and within the time frame quoted. They cleaned the site each day. Michael is the best contractor that has ever come to our home. I'm pretty fussy and so is Michael. He closed up four abandoned chimney holes and each one was done perfectly. Even a slight tear on one shingle wasn't good enough for him, it required another trip down the ladder but he replaced it. He is very friendly and professional. Thank you very much Michael.

We called 3 different companies to quote us on our roof, by far Michael and Pronto Worx was the most professional, timely, and all around comfortable to deal with.
