Quality nosed dived since the last time I was in. Everything is the same shape now and has a low quality mass production look and taste. Truly a shame. Sorry but not coming back any time soon

I went into the store today to pick up a purchase that I made online. It was a very awkward experience and it was the worst customer service I have ever received. I had asked a simple question, if I could have my chocolates in a box as it said on the website, because the way it was presented was in a small bag. I did not realize that the box was inside of the bag but regardless all that required was a simple response to my question and maybe a smile. When I asked the employee this, they looked me as if I was asking something ridiculous and was very rude afterwards. The way the whole situation was handled was actually quite shocking. Not sure how the chocolate is, but the customer service was definitely not good. I won't be going back there anytime soon to get anything and after that experience, I would not recommend it either.

Excellent high-end Callebaut chocolate products for gifts or just eating out of hand. Very friendly, knowledgeable service. Only street parking but worth a short walk.
