Daniel in tools and hardware is absolutely awesome. He helped me out today while I was picking up some tools. I’m beyond impressed with his customer service and professionalism. He was very kind and helpful. Took the time to answer my questions and was very friendly. Made me feel like I’ve known him for years. At the end of our interaction, he said to come back and visit if I ever needed anything. He is the reason why I’ll come back for sure!

Not the best experience ever for shopping. It appears that you received a wonderful price on a set of outdoor furniture display models. T manager, also offered a 10% discount and a delivery option with a cost. We agreed to it, and a few hours later I got a call from the delivery firm informing me that the table top, which is a piece of furniture, would not be delivered since they had broken a few table tops for other customers. It was said. The table top is missing, therefore I had to travel to the store and pick them up with my own car when I received the delivery the following day.

Easy to get in and out of Canadian Tire location with sufficient parking. I usually stop by Saturday evenings as it's one of the few Canadian Tire locations that stay open late on Saturdays. Staff are friendly and courteous. Sometimes there are items out of stock even though it may show as in stock in their online inventory. Checkouts are fast and efficient.

I have to say this is the best CT I have ever been too. First of all the store is huge and has a big selection on items. I needed some help to find a certain product and I had someone named Valerie assist me. She was very helpful and gave me the best advice on how to use it. She went out her way to help me and I appreciate the way she was able to answer all my questions. Will be coming back in the near future.

One year ago, I gave this store 5 star due to Mark C's great job. Now I gave no star since I met an unprofessional, unfriendly, rude or hostile customer service.I returned one pair of shoes there but a female customer support said no return since she believe I used it outside due to dirty in bottom. I said NO it might be caused by myself trying in dirty Garage floor. Then I suggested what if I go washroom to clean it, then she would find it is complete new, no worn sign at all. She said no need but she insisted she believe I used it outside. I said I didn't. Then I further suggested what if she asked expert in Canadian tire Shoe department for double check. She continued to refuse but insisted I did use it outside. And her attitude was extremely rude and unfriendly.Later a guy involved and they decided to refund it. I complained I can not accept since they said I used it but I actually didn't wear and walk outside. Later on, I heard that guy whispered stupid". He showed obvious impatience & rude as well. That is obviously he said it to me. Lastly they refused my request taking to supervisor. and said it is DONE

Highly discouraged! No sense of time and delays customers. I don't think their auto repair department brings good service. In fact their service is not good and one of their staff is forever putting off customers waiting with a smile on his face. I brought my car in earlier for some simple checks and I waited two and a half hours for something that could be done in an hour at other garages. It was clear that no one was there to do the inspection quickly and their staff had to tell me it was because business was very busy and told me to wait another 10 minutes, when in fact I waited another hour. For this kind of garage with no sense of time, I give one star is very kind.For corporate customer experience team：I won't waste my time to come back with specific things to express and criticize because I have made things very clear. I only hope that your company will do a good job in the management and training of this branch. The point of me coming here to write this is to hope that your company can pay attention to the service management level of this branch so that the whole nearby community can get the service they deserve, because most of the time when I look through the previous reviews, they are negative. The auto service department is downright horrible and utterly irresponsible and no accountability for paying customers. After spending $1900 there, my car sounds worse than before I brought it in, and they want MORE work done. I felt like I was scammed. Called the service manager. Sorry

Terrible customer service. They have all over the garage doors “no appointments necessary “ yet I walked in and a gentleman at that garage side was very rude and said no we are too busy. He and his other coworker chuckled and thought it was okay to make fun of me that I even thought it was possible that I get a tire change. I am totally shocked on the rudeness. I understand places are busy but common courtesy would be “sorry we are currently busy but we can accommodate you…., and give alternatives. I never expected to be made fun of by 2 employees. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will definitely never step foot in that Canadian Tire again.

The Auto Service person on the phone was super rude. I booked a battery replacement service online. The man called in asking if I need to do a battery inspection before installing the new battery. I had no idea what battery inspection is needed or not -- $70 additional charge. So I tried to ask his advice and educate me to help me make a decision. He just would not answer my question and just asking do you need it or not?". This guy should be fired."
