Had a few things framed here, they do great work but prices went up and they ignored my emails so i went elsewhere. Glad I did saved money and frame job was just as good.

I have been going to Midway for over 10 years and they never disappoint! Vick and his team have created the most beautiful frames for me to display my photography from around the world and most recently framed a signed Lowry jersey for my dad and it is stunning! I will be a customer for life!

I had my son’s jersey and medal from High School, 13 years ago, framed and I was very concerned that it be the highest quality as it was such a memorable moment.. I could not be happier!!! The quality is even better than I expected!! It looks amazing!! They were super professional and quick turnaround as well!! I just had one of the best customer experiences from Midway Art and Frame than I have ever had from any store in my recollection!I had ordered a framed picture for my son's birthday and needed to receive it within a week. When I didn't hear back about a shipping time, I got concerned and phoned the company immediately. I was on the phone with the owner, Nirmala (I had never met her before) and within seconds, she sensed my worry, and assured me that the frame was ready to ship.When she mentioned it would be delivered by Post but that they couldn't guarantee the date it would arrive, given the current uncertainty in these times, she right away offered to deliver it personally to my husband's office, knowing how important it was for me. She delivered it on her personal time. At no cost. With a smile. And she called me to let me know when it was done.When is the last time someone stepped so far above and beyond to accommodate a customer that she has never met? My sense from talking to her was that she put herself in my shoes, and treated me as she herself would want to be treated in the same situation. That is the highest form of customer service and very rare in this day and age. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Her simple action uplifted my spirits and reaffirmed my faith in the kindness of others. Bravo Midway Art and Frame and Bravo Nirmala!

Was always my go to for framing, but I was burned this time around. I sent my jersey in with photos and instructions for the layout, they were ignored and just did whatever they wanted.It was guaranteed to be ready on a certain day, I drove 4 hours to pick it up and it wasn't ready.I requested a photo that needed to be altered before using it, was told it turned out perfect, but its all pixelated and looks terrible.They also dropped my white jersey on the floor, as it's covered in dirt and now there is nothing I can do about it since its behind glass.The owner was a complete nightmare to deal with. He said they'd fix everything for another $200. Upon pick up, I expressed more concerns and he just kept threatening me that he would keep the jersey.I wish I could add photos to this review, they'd speak volumes and add to this review.Sadly, I cannot recommend them anymore.
